Medical payment insurance - KL

Insurance in Euro 26 card includes medical payment insurance (KL) abroad up to 60,000 Euro.

EXAMPLE: You are abroad and an accident happens to you or you suddenly come down with an illness. You have to see a doctor – a bill for an appointment, tests and medicine may amount to 250 Euro. Without an insurance cover you would have to meet all the expenses yourself. With Euro 26 card with an appropriate policy you do not have to worry about it – you call the emergency number on the back of your Euro 26 card, you say what happened and the insurer pays the expenses for you.

Accident Insurance - NNW

Insurance included in Euro 26 also comprises accident insurance (NNW) up 20,000 zl.

EXAMPLE: You slipped on an icy pavement and broke your leg. After the treatment and once you have had the plaster taken off you send all medical documents to your insurer. The insurer determines the degree to which your health has been damaged as a result of an accident and pays you damages on the basis of the documentation you sent him.

Liability insurance - OC

With Euro 26 you have a liability insurance (OC) up to 50,000 Euro.

EXAMPLE: You are in Italy on a bike trip. Going down a steep road you were unable to brake on time and you scratched a car that had just stopped by the lights. Apart from the fact that you got bruised, the owner of the car demands damages from you to repair his car – 300 Euro, a trifle really…. Security all year round

Insurance in Euro 26 is valid for the whole year from the date of issue irrespectively of the policy you have chosen. Since you got your card, you have become insured for the period of 365 days, 24 hours a day. After the expiry date you may renew your Euro 26 card and use your insurance for another year.
